Bob Sorg was not the typical idea you have of a "car salesman". In the past, when buying a car, I always felt I had to be on the defense and not let my guard down in order to not feel like I was being t salesman". Not so with Bob, he was very friendly and courteous. The new location and set up with tables rather than desks, gave you the feeling you were meeting friends to hang out.
