Freehold Hyundai - A great place I walked into Freehold Hyundai just to look at their cars, as I had already made up my mind to purchase another vehicle. I was greeted by Phil Akel, I walked into Freehold Hyundai just to look at their cars, as I had already made up my mind to purchase another vehicle. I was greeted by Phil Akel, a salesperson at the dealership. I told Phil that I was just looking today, not buying. This didn't make a difference to him. Phil gave me the history of the dealership and explained how they do things there. There one price policy was a great factor to me in my shopping experience. Phil then asked me a few questions and helped my to narrow down which car I would most likely be interested in. After looking at the Tucson, which I eventually leased, I took it for a nice drive around the area. During this time Phil explained all of the features of the car and answered all of my questions. Back at the dealership I went over the inventory and found a few that I was interested in. Phil didn't try to sell me features that I wasn't interested in. This was a great shopping experience. I have purchased over a dozen new cars since 1977. This was one of the easiest times. I leased the car for 3 years rather than purchasing, my first lease, after Phil explained all of the pros and cons. I recommend shopping at this dealership if you are interested in a Hyundai.
