I was in a lease and went over mileage by a lot, and needed some repairs done, instead of using the money for repairs and going over the lease, I used it towards and down payment on a brand new financed car. one price ... our best price Great customer service at this dealership in every way possible from our salesmen Geoff Covino & Rob M, to the sales manager, to my finance guy "Char Great customer service at this dealership in every way possible from our salesmen Geoff Covino & Rob M, to the sales manager, to my finance guy "Charley" making this a no haggle and hassle free car buying opportunity. Extra Thumbs up to Geoff & Rob M who approached my wife and I after hours on a Saturday night in their dealership lot looking at some the vehicles. They came over to us and asked if we had any questions with respect to the cars that we were looking at . They provided us with some details on the Chevy equinox that we were looking at and offered to set up an appoitment so that we could test drive the vehicle the following Monday. On Monday the sales reps called my home to remind us our appointment for later that day. During the test drive Geoff and Rob M answered all the questions that we had about the vehicle in a non pushy sales approach manner. They explained Hyundai's new sales approach to selling cars which basically meant that any price you saw on a car was their best price and that it was priced competitively so their would be no silly high pressure sales and haggling. When we told them that we liked the car our only obstacle inour way was the financing. We told the salesmen that we both had good credit and not to embarrass themselves by offering a high interest rate on the vehicle which would have been a deal killer. They bought over to us the sales manager at our request who asked us about car our ideal car payment and terms. I told him that he could sell this car tonight if the numbers come in where my expectations were. He asked us our expectations and said if he could get us a 2% rate would we do the deal. I told him yes and he came back a few minutes later with 1.87% rate on a 48 month term loan. I said lets close this deal and we were brought over to Charley who handled all of the paperwork in the sale of the car. The electronic signatures went flawlessly and we were soon driving off in our new car. OUr paperwork arrived via email the next day.
