They called over Jaren Pollard, who with a big smile (and on his day off I later learned) sat with me and explained the company policy and helped me get the perfect car for me, a Veloster in marathon blue (which took a few days to get). I put a deposit on the car because I was confident working with Jaren. Jaren made sure it was perfect and that I was 100% happy and satisfied.
