I was extremely happy with my overall experience at Freehold Hyundai and highly recommend this dealership. After traveling 2500 miles in less than 2 months with my new Sonata Hybrid Limited I am getting 42-45 miles per gallon on each fill up....besting the Estimated MPG. Overall, the car is awesome and would recommend it to anyone. If you go to Freehold Hyundai ask for Sivakumar H...he is the best salesman and continually checks up with you to make sure you are satisfied. More

He was 100% professional, friendly and took the care to find me the car that met my needs and budget! Freehold Hyundai has a no hassle / no haggle policy and the price on the car is the price you pay. No BS and no hours of stress and haggling! I researched the cars online the night before and their prices were SPOT ON! I purchased the Tuscon for the price I wanted and left the dealership HAPPY and had no regrets! This is my second Elantra and I am please with the added features and great gas mileage. The car has audio controls on the steering wheel and I can't wait to use the heated seats. More

Stranded 3 times! I had purchased a pre owned Hyundai Veracruz from Freehold Hyundai in December 2011. I was under the impression from the salesman that this car was su I had purchased a pre owned Hyundai Veracruz from Freehold Hyundai in December 2011. I was under the impression from the salesman that this car was such a good deal because it "had every option" made. After the recent bad Winter I investigated why I could not worj the remote start. I stopped into the Dealership with my invoice in hand and was told by Uzman that teir practice was to remove them in case they did not work . I told him how ridiculas that seemed to me and I left. After thinking about this I wrote to Hyundai to see how they felt about this deceptive practice. My letter from them instructed me to speak to their General Manager. I went into the Dealership asking to see him. Pete told me he was not in and could he help me. After he informed me I did not buy the car from them ( I corrected him on that ) he said the GM would call me. I heard the next day from a voicemail to set up the install for my remote start. I made arrangements to have the installation the next week. When i I went to the Dealership to drop off my car I caught the eye of a Service Advisor who put his call on hold to help me. Issac was professional and he went above and beyond to help me out. Things seemed to be looking up for me. When I returned to pick up the car and stopped on my way home and tried to renter the car, the remote set off the panic button and the car would then not start. After crawling thru the rear door and getting to the drivers seat I was able to get home. I called the Dealership the next day and made arrangements to have the car looked at. I went to work and locked the door out of habit which locked me out and stranded me for the second time. I called the dealership and the installer was dispatched to me and "fixed the problem" apparently it was just a bad install. All seemed to be well until I went to go to work 2 days later...lock out #3. This caused me to be late for work and open my bank well after the required opening time. I immediately contacted the Dealership and got the voicemail of the customer service manager " she was away from her desk or not in that day" she would call " if time permitted" besides being vague at best I still had the need to speak to a human being. I received a call at work from Jeff the Service Manager who although seemed surprised that all this had transpired, he was very willing to settle this problem for me. I advised him at this point I wanted the remote start removed and thought it faIr to be compensated for the amount of the unit I believed I had paid for in the initial transaction. I have driven my car there again to have this accomplished and am now in possession of one of their loaner cars. until I pick up my car for the last time. At no time did I get to speak to the General Manager despite the fact I tried 4 times to reach him. 3 times in person and 1 time over the phone. Although my problem now seems on the way to being solved, I feel it is his job to have addressed any number of concerns I had. This problem was significant and my safety was uncertain. I had asked why he is so elusive and never did get an answer.... Hyundai is a brand that sells itself so I guess Customer Service Satisfaction in not important. With so many cars to choose from I will certainly look at more then the car itself the next time. I now have the uneasy feeling that my car has been ruined. I don't know where this leaves me. I only wanted what I had been told I was buying. It was a bad deal to begin with since I was told by the salesman that if I made my payments on time for 1 yr I could refinance at that time. That also did not turn out to be true. That is another story for another time. Out of every negative experience there are lessons to be learned. I will go into the next deal smarter and with my eyes opened. Although this experience caused me undue stress and soaked up much of my time both at work and my days off, Please know that Issac was the bright light and definitely a cut above the quality of employees at Freehold Hyundai in every way. I could have not asked for more from him. More
