Repeat Customer I just bought my second car (a 2014 Azera) from Jim Sheridan at Freehold Hyundai. The first car was a 2012 Elantra for my wife that we bought two yea I just bought my second car (a 2014 Azera) from Jim Sheridan at Freehold Hyundai. The first car was a 2012 Elantra for my wife that we bought two years ago. The reason I went back to Jim is that I found him to be honest and genuinely interested in our satisfaction. Neither of the cars we bought was in the dealer's stock, but Jim did not put any pressure on us to compromise on color or equipment. Instead, they found the exact cars that we wanted, and in the case of the Azera, had to go to a dealer in Pennsylvania that was over 120 miles away. Jim also arranged for us to have extended, unaccompanied test drives so that we could be sure of the cars we wanted, rather than the usual short test drive around the immediate vicinity of the dealership with the salesperson on board. In addition to Jim being pleasant and straightforward to deal with, I like the fact that Freehold Hyundai has stopped putting what I call "dealer paks" on their cars (pinstripes, door edge guards, wheel lip moldings, etc., all at an exorbitant price). I'm sure they can arrange to put these items on a car if you want them, but I think that decision should be left to the customer. Freehold Hyundai has also recently adopted a one price, no negotiation pricing strategy, and the price point they have selected is very competitive. More
