Stress-free Experience When my husband and I woke up on Saturday morning, we had no idea we would need to buy a car that day. My husband and I decided to go to Hyundai in Freehold as our first stop in shopping around. When we saw a vehicle we were curious about, we were very fortunate to have Ashley Ormsby provide us the details and a test drive. Ashley right away turned what should have been a stressful event into an easy, stress-free experience! Ashely answered all our questions and always with a smile. We felt so comfortable with Ashley and the ‘one price/best price’ initiative, that we decided we didn’t need to go to any other dealer to look around. The decision was that simple. I even remember telling Ashley after the buying experience was over that I couldn’t believe how easy it was. I’m sorry to say I don’t recall the finance manager’s name, but our experience with financing the vehicle was just as easy and straightforward. He made us feel at ease, considering it wasn’t a purchase we had planned to make. No one takes ownership from beginning to end of any issue. While dealing with "service" You will hear a lot of pushing the blame to others with things like - the car is not ready because "PARTS" screwed up While dealing with "Parts" you will hear a lot of "sorry I don't know anything about that - you need to speak with Service" They have lost a customer here! Management at this location needs to step up and demand more! More

Vince went over new car options with me and scheduled an appointment for me to come back and test drive other vehicles that fulfill my needs. Shortly after speaking with Vince, my service issue was resolved and I was out of Hyundai within 45 minutes. I love the new location of Freehold Hyundai and am looking forward to looking at other Hyundais! More
