He approached our dilemma over needing navigation in the car we chose, but also needing a financially responsible choice with the utmost positivity. Thomas did not show signs of frustration, or tirelessness over the number of cars he got to pull around for us to view. Instead he remained excited and upbeat throughout the entire process. Additionally, he was strategic with the sales manager Geoff Covino to ensure that we left satisfied and comfortable with our decision.
