Lacking Customer Service Whole process took too long, felt like I wasn't important enough. Car came out with scratches.Told us they would give us new plates, they transferred them. They lost the trade in, that still had the old plates on it. Took a month to get old plates. Car still has scratches on it, even after they said they buffed it, and were supposed to clean inside, they didn't. One department doesn't know what the other one is doing, they pass the blame around, and look at you like you have two heads. More

A Wonderful Experience! It was a good experience from the minute I arrived there, to the minute I left. Thomas helped me to get my first car, a 2013 Hyundai Sonata! This Staff is professional And amazingly Help Full and Great So first let me start off saying i came into the dealership with Reallly poor credit Trying to look for a new or used car to buy what brought me to Fr So first let me start off saying i came into the dealership with Reallly poor credit Trying to look for a new or used car to buy what brought me to Freehold Hyuandai Was the commericals i heard on the Radio and On T.V i walked To be warmly greeted and welcomed i was then introduced To our Salesman Anthony Mayfield He Greeted us he was Super Nice and really Respectful and Calm he sat down with us and discussed What money i would get for the car that i all ready had now dont get wrong I had a 2008 PT Cruiser and i owned It for 5 years prior to coming into Freehold Hyundai and i was in desprate Need of a newer Car i came in because of the Advertisements i saw On TV and let me tell you the visit was worth it Anthony Helped us find the right car for me and my 2 kids though our credit wasnt that good and we could not afford the montly payment at that point i thought i was going to be able to get the nice that that Anthony had found for us but a miracle happend Anthony was able to get our Car payment down to a affordable rate we were so happy and Joyfull and Amazed about how willing and patient he was with us i wasnt even expecting to leave there with a new car but because of the willingness of Anthony we were able to walk out with a 2013 Hyundai Sonata the car was very clean and was really nice i was not even expecting to ever own a car of such high class because of my finical errors But once again because of the patience and amazing work and experience with Anthony MayField we were able to walk out with a really nice and clean and good looking car God Bless You Anthony if it was not him i would have never walked out of there with a brand new car i will Be back for sure to buy my next car and i would recommend this place to a friend or family member i will always Chose this place as a number one spot to shop for a new car and Highly Refer this place to anyone interested in buying a new or used car if you want Professional Kind and great and amazing staff and service come to freehold Hyundai Tell them Shirley Sent you :) More
My Hyundai experience I came into the store to turn in my 2012 Sonata and to lease a new Sonata. I met with Karen who had contacted me about turning in my old Sonata and s I came into the store to turn in my 2012 Sonata and to lease a new Sonata. I met with Karen who had contacted me about turning in my old Sonata and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the 2016 Sonata's new features and in understanding what I was looking for as far as leasing the vehicle. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Karen and the Hyundai servicing team in Freehold who always do a good job in taking care of my car needs when I bring in my car for service. Would never do business with them again Their salesperson lied, their finance person changed rates/plans/charges (that i officially had declined with my signature), they didn't provide me pa Their salesperson lied, their finance person changed rates/plans/charges (that i officially had declined with my signature), they didn't provide me paperwork until after several requests, they did not prep the care properly - there is paint all over the windows from a paint job they did not inform me of (as required by law), they have not rectified the paint problem which makes visibility difficult - and then some!
