Lacking Customer Service Whole process took too long, felt like I wasn't important enough. Car still has scratches on it, even after they said they buffed it, and were supposed to clean inside, they didn't. One department doesn't know what the other one is doing, they pass the blame around, and look at you like you have two heads. More
