After the test drive, we told Thomas that we were very interested in the car, but we were under a time constraint. He was very accommodating. We gave him some information to get the ball rolling so that when we returned we could have somewhat of a head start. The entire purchasing process is what it is, but it wasn't stressful and we felt we got a fair price and a fair amount on our trade-in. After the purchase was complete, it was late, so again, I asked for another appointment to get the new-car tutorial and again, Thomas was accommodating. More
