He wasn’t pushy, answered all our questions, knew every feature about the Hyundai models we had interest in purchasing, and gave us a great customer experience. He led us every step of the way through the leasing process for our Elantra, which was new to us, and connected us with all the other folks in the dealership to make this deal happen for us. It was a very pleasant experience. Hyundai prides itself on a 5 star government safety rating and Steven gave us a 10+ star customer experience.
