This is my second Genesis. I initially leased my first one from a different dealership, but my experience with Freehold Genesis has been an entirely different story! Everything during the process was flawless from start to finish. I went to Freehold to drop off my G70 for service, and while I was waiting for my loaner car to be ready, I began the process of leasing a G80. That's when Ryan Cummings came into the picture. He was incredibly attentive and made the entire experience enjoyable. I left the dealership in a new car, feeling satisfied with both the price and the overall experience. I started using this dealership for service on my G70 two years ago because the original dealership I leased from was too far away. I began using their concierge service and met Joe, the driver. It was because of Joe, who is so kind and caring, that I chose this dealership for my new Genesis. I always feel comfortable knowing my car is in good hands when he picks it up; I refer to him as "Genesis Joe." Additionally, Kelly and Rochelle in the service department are fantastic. Now, let's talk about the finance team. When I met Kevin, I instantly felt like I was reconnecting with an old friend. He made the financing process smooth, easy, and flawless.
