I never felt that anyone was trying to pull one over on me. I came in to the dealership after dinner on a Thursday evening, and both Jimmy and Bruce worked with me to close the deal. I never felt pressured or rushed. We concluded business well after closing with a handshake. When I came in to pick up my new vehicle two days later, everything was as promised.
