Received a call when my car was ready and was happy to find out I could pick it up as late as 7pm. The young man in the service dept was helpful and efficient, I was in and out in minutes. Wonderful Experience This was by far the best experience I've had at a car dealership. I recently leased a Buick Encore and everyone in the place was so nice. Mitch was This was by far the best experience I've had at a car dealership. I recently leased a Buick Encore and everyone in the place was so nice. Mitch was my salesman and he was great to work with and actually made it fun. I stopped in on Saturday to look at the Encore and took a test drive. I had been thinking about other cars, but decided the Encore was what I wanted. I called Mitch on Monday to talk about the car I was interested in and we worked everything out over the phone. I went on Tuesday and sat in the car again and looked it over just to make sure, and a couple of hours later I drove out with my car. Rich in Finance was great and made everything very easy. Both Mitch and Rich took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me. I love my new car and look forward to every time I have to drive it. I will definitely recommend Freehold Buick to anyone who I hear is looking for a Buick or GMC and will definitely be back when this lease is up. More
