Unlike many other experiences that we've had with other car dealerships, this was the farthest thing from a headache for us. Purchase of 2010 GMC Acadia - Debbie & Tom Still We walked into the dealership never having been here before. Met immediately and within a minute were introduce to Dave de Jong. We talked about the type of veh we were looking for (certified Pre owned GMC Acadia) and what we could pay. Dave reviewed his list of vehicles and came up with our car. It was pouring outside so Dave drove the car into the garage for our review. He explained the vehicle to us ie:age, miles, ammenities. We had already done some research on the GMC Acadia as to approx what we should pay. The price asked was right in the ball park No back and forth no haggling. We then sat down to discuss our payment options and within about 5 mins we had a new car. We picked the car up 2 days later as this one had just come in and needed some prep work. Dave took time to go over all the car info and helped us set up on star and XM. We would recommend this dealership to anyone we know looking for a vehicle. Car Purchase 5/2/2014 This was my first experience with Freehold Buick/GMC. I had never been to this dealership before, and we were immediately greeted by a friendly face. This was my first experience with Freehold Buick/GMC. I had never been to this dealership before, and we were immediately greeted by a friendly face. The Manager, Bruce Greenstein was working with another customer, but took the time to make sure we were properly taken care of. Bruce gave us over to Mike Whyno, who was free. Mike helped us find the right vehicle for what we were looking for. We knew we wanted the GMC Acadia, and initially, we wanted the SLT-2 model, but ending up getting the Acadia Denali. Between Mike and Bruce, they found the car as we wanted it equipped, and gave us a great price so we could purchase that vehicle. I picked up the car on Saturday, and Mike took the time to go over everything about the vehicle with me. I was very pleased with the service, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. My wife and look forward to a long standing relationship with this dealer, as we feel very comfortable there. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who has previously gone to a "pushy" dealer, or dealer where the sale seems more important than the people making the purchase itself. Not once did I feel pressure by anyone, and anyone and everyone there was than willing to answer any questions I had. Check it out and see for yourself! More

What an extreme difference from the dealerships I went to earlier in the week. Firstly, I called knowing what vehicle I wanted from research on the dealers inventory website. I basically made the deal on the phone, and because I was up front with the description of my trade and the dealer was up front with a no haggling attitude, the price we discussed on the phone was the price I walked out of the dealership paying for my new car. In addition, Bruce the salesman was very low key, attentive and pleasant. He is truly concerned about the experience the customer has at this dealership, and he is more concerned about the customer returning in the future than the deal on the table. I dreaded buying a car because it has always been a trying experience, questioning price, looking over paperwork, hearing one thing and seeing another on the contract. But this dealership doesn't play games and in fact when they didn't have the exact car I saw in the inventor, they gave me the next model up at the same price. Bruce and the finance manager are professionals and couldn't have been more courteous, and up front with all of their disclosures. It's about a 30 minute ride for me to get to the Freehold dealer, but I will certainly go there for service and my next cars, rather than my local dealer who couldn't care less about the customer.
