The Freehold dealership really proved me wrong and made getting a care a fun and pleasant experience. Mitch, along with ALL of the staff, took such great care of me throughout the entire process and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The deal that they gave me was unbeatable, as I took it to another dealer who couldn't even come close to matching their price. The patience, knowledge, friendliness, and effort at this dealership surpass anything I could have ever imagined. I don't care where I live- all of my future car purchases will come from them. Mitch went above and beyond, even taking time during his day off to find me my perfect car. Despite him knowing that I would have purchased a car that they currently had in their lot, he went out of his way to find me the exact car that I wanted from another site without charging any additional fees. After the deal was done and everyone said their goodbyes, I was ecstatic about my car purchase but a little sad to leave the dealership since I had enjoyed my time there so much and felt as though everyone treated me as a friend rather than just another customer. I had done my research, so I knew exactly what I wanted and Mitch was confident that he was going to be able to get me whatever I wanted (he sure did). Between Mitch and his General Manager Michael, they worked hard get us the very best deal possible. Michael took care of the financial end and boy did he do a great job. We were able to get into a new Acadia Denali at a price we could afford thanks to the great work by both Mitch and Mike. Freehold GMC was our only stop, and I'm glad we went there first.
