No one ever looks forward to the car buying experience, but thanks to Michael Matt and his team, we had a terrific experience throughout the process of looking and deciding to lease a 2015 Acadia Denali. Professional, accommodating, fair on our trade in and exceptional service all describe our experience. Couldn't be happier with the car and will look forward to our continued interactions with the dealership for maintenance and service on this car as well as the purchase of additional cars in the future. Noisy Ride I had a loud noise from the rear of the car. Brought the car in to the service department. Mike took me in right away because I told him I was afrai I had a loud noise from the rear of the car. Brought the car in to the service department. Mike took me in right away because I told him I was afraid the car would brake down on the road. In less than a half hour Mike told me I had the wrong type of tires on the car and maybe a bad rear bearing and hub. he not only showed me the wear on the tires he actually educated me on what types of tires should be on the car. Mike was concerned with keeping the cost down and recommended a tire that was very good which he ordered. Unfortunately after changing the tires I did need a wheel bearing and hub. The car rides great, better than new. I appreciate Mike's concern for my satisfaction and notifying me on every step of the repair. I just wanted to say, "THANKS MIKE" Joe Mizzi More

Like any other friend of mine, I was more into Honda and Toyota, but the amount of detail and value I was explained by Paul for the price they offered, it was too difficult for me and my family not to say YES. The dealership was so confident, they even gave me a week’s time to find another dealer who can give me a better price, and I must say I visited several dealer and all of them thought the offer Freehold made to me was TOO GOOD to not take it. On the day when we picked our car, my wife accidentally bumped into a brand new car at the showroom, but the dealership manager was kind enough to let us go, he could have charged us for a few hundred dollars. Overall, I am not going anywhere for any GMC or Buick car for my future car shopping, even though Freehold Buick GM is 25 miles away from where I live. THANKS Freehold Buick GMC and Team. More

I actually talk more about my family and everything else going on in my life before we even talk about cars. He has always known, when I am ready, then he is ready. But that has never stopped him from being a gentleman to me and my family. I would never have thought about buying another vehicle, let alone, a Buick from anyone other than Joe. The rest of the team is awesome, and under the leadership of Mike Matt, the dealership is setting a precedent for how all other American Car dealerships should act, look and present itself. After doing all of the prep work On my purchase by telephone they had me in and out of the dealership within an hour. This is Unheard of. What a pleasure.. In the past I have been held captive at dealerships for hours while They prepared the paperwork. These guys know what they are doing. Once I notified them of My decision their team got to work preparing all the documentation by telephone , they contacted My insurance rep and had the car prepared and ready for pickup the next day. If the service department is as efficient as their sales department this will be the beginning of a beautiful relationship. More
