I had a scheduled test drive appointment, arrived, waited 30min, and no one was to be found. A service technician came up to find someone. This was not the person I had a scheduled appointment with, come t 30min, and no one was to be found. A service technician came up to find someone. This was not the person I had a scheduled appointment with, come to find out that person was not even there. The emails I’d been sending and receiving were not even actually it with that person. The sales associate then proceeded to not listen to my questions and try to get unnecessary information from me. I tried multiple times to explain I had a scheduled test drive for 2 specific vehicles and the associate had their own agenda and ignored my request. I left and definitely will not return, worst service at a car dealership ever. More

I went in knowing what I needed price and vehicle wise, as well as my trade-in value, and he did not like that I wouldn’t make any adjustments to my plan. His frustration quickly turned to unfettered, red-faced, artery throbbing anger. Careful with this guy. The dealership and all other staff I’ve worked with are wonderful, but Mort is unprofessional.
