Worked with Christie to find a car for my family. She was lovely, but we didn’t end up purchasing it because there was a miscommunication on their part about the final price. I recently had a very negative experience with Freedom Nissan car dealership that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Firstly, the dealership failed Nissan car dealership that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Firstly, the dealership failed to respond to my inquiries in a timely manner, which was frustrating and made me feel undervalued as a potential customer. Moreover, when I finally decided to purchase a vehicle from Freedom Nissan, I encountered numerous roadblocks during the buying process. For example, they requested a full amount deposit upfront, which seemed unreasonable to me. Then, after a few days, they increased the price of the vehicle, which left me feeling misled and cheated. Overall, I found the experience with Freedom Nissan to be incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The lack of communication and transparency, coupled with the roadblocks to buying the car, left me feeling like I couldn't trust the dealership. I would not recommend Freedom Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a car. More

13000 mile 2 year old car, rotors warped. Was told this was normal wear and tear and wouldn't repair under warranty. Have never had this problem with a 2 year old low mileage car. Went into the dealership to look at a used Titan. They appraised my trade and I told them where I wanted to be and had to get back to work. The sales manager sent me a text and I quote, "I refuse to They appraised my trade and I told them where I wanted to be and had to get back to work. The sales manager sent me a text and I quote, "I refuse to give you numbers until you sign a P&S". Cant even get numbers from this place. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN, and I'll be sure to let anyone I hear of buying a vehicle to stay away. Had an amazing experience following this at Nucar in St Albans. More
