I was searching for a used car and knew what type of car, maximum price I wanted to pay and options I required. Then I checked Freedom Nissan's web site and discovered they had a car like the one I wanted.I was excited about this because I had dealt with the dealer before and knew I would be treated right.I went to the dealership and was greated like an old friend by Mort.I was introduced to the sales lady,Joanne Pecor. I must say that Joanne puts a capital letter on Customer Service ! She was very helpful with the whole process and a great joy to work with.The whole process from the test drive to the final signatures on the financing paperwork was accomplished in a relaxed friendly manner.Joanne saw to it that the car was cleaned very thoroughly and gassed up. The car is a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt and looks and drives like new.I feel like I made a new friend in Joanne.I will be letting my friends know about how very happy I am with the folks at Freedom Nissan. They are willing to bend and give in order to please the customer. If the car you want doesn't have a feature you're looking for they'll either find you a car with it or make sure the car they have will have it installed. I will always buy my cars from Freedom Nissan (and Joanne) so long as they're there. More

My wife and I were comparison shopping for a new vehicle and had narrowed our search to 3 new models, one of which was the new Rogue. The Rogue was better than the other two finalists for a couple of reason and had narrowed our search to 3 new models, one of which was the new Rogue. The Rogue was better than the other two finalists for a couple of reasons, but we had some very competitive offers from other dealers. Patrick assisted us and he was terrific. We are pretty jaded consumers and know what we want and what we are willing to pay, so I am sure we aren't a whole lot of fun to work with. Pat worked with us and we got teh vehcle we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. I am sure Nissan made money on us, but realistically you have to expect that they are entitled to a profit from their labors. The Rogue is just what we wanted, and Freedom Nissan was just the place for us to get it. No high pressure there and they are very open to rational discussion about the pros and cons of cars. In my opinion, you can relax and trust this dealership to be honest and interested in your business. More

In addition, upon learning that I was not quite comfortable spending that amount of money, the owner of the dealership offered 8 free oil changes and ferry tickets all as part of the deal. I was very pleased with the effort and helpfulness of the employees of Freedom Nissan and would recommend this dealership. More
