My 25 yr old son & I visited Freedom Nissan in search of a used car for him. My son being a single father, he was in desperate need of a vehicle. After explaining our situation to Joanne and Mort, our pessimism quickly turned to excitement! Their friendliness, professionalism and large inventory of used cars that fit my son's budget set our minds at ease! Joanne walked us through the lot, explaining all the xxxxxxand con's of each vehicle. Not once did she try to push us into a vehicle like some used car salespeople tend to do. After several vehicles, we found the perfect car, but feared that the car might be way out of budget for my son. After meeting with Mort, he reassured us that we would be driving the car away that day! I was simply amazed at the deal he gave us! I would be surprised if they made any money off the deal at all! Instead, I felt that Mort and Joanne were more concerned about our happiness and satisfaction above anything else. My Son & I drove away Christmas eve feeling we had been blessed with a "Christmas miracle". This was truly the best experience I have ever had purchasing a used vehicle and the car was much more than we ever dreamed of driving away with! We were able to purchase a new car on "our time frame; on a Sunday." We then drove away with tow cars. Even better, we were able to get the service department to get our return in to remove our trailer hitch a Sunday." We then drove away with tow cars. She explored a number of options, and with the help of Mort Shapiro, who has always taken the time to treat us like a member of his family although he is a very busy man, she managed to put together a package which came very close to satisfying our needs. I have know purchased 6 vehicules from this dealer. I have been treated extremely well every time I have been there. Service folks are right on top of things. I was frustrated with my 06 Nissan as it seem to be one of those classic " friday afternoon" vehicules with a series of ongoing repairs issues. Freedom took a look at the history and went the extra to put me in the 010. Full marks to the whole group for how they handled that. My wife and I have purchased 3 Altima's from them as well. Then I checked Freedom Nissan's web site and discovered they had a car like the one I wanted.I was excited about this because I had dealt with the dealer before and knew I would be treated right.I went to the dealership and was greated like an old friend by Mort.I was introduced to the sales lady,Joanne Pecor. I must say that Joanne puts a capital letter on Customer Service ! She was very helpful with the whole process and a great joy to work with.The whole process from the test drive to the final signatures on the financing paperwork was accomplished in a relaxed friendly manner.Joanne saw to it that the car was cleaned very thoroughly and gassed up. The car is a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt and looks and drives like new.I feel like I made a new friend in Joanne.I will be letting my friends know about how very happy I am with the folks at Freedom Nissan.
