I brought my 2009 Nissan Sentra with 7800 mi for service I brought my 2009 Nissan Sentra with 7800 mi for service after the tires were rotated on the car. After the rotation the front end had a shake after I brought my 2009 Nissan Sentra with 7800 mi for service after the tires were rotated on the car. After the rotation the front end had a shake after 40 mph. I asked the service rep if this would be covered under the Nissan or tire warranty and he said we need to take a look at it first and see. I said fine but let me know if its not covered by a warranty before any work is done. After looking at new cars and waiting an hour the service rep found me and said its all set we balanced all four tires. We got back to his desk and he gave me a bill for $61.23 for balancing the tires. I said what's going on I told you to talk to me if it was not covered. He acted all confused and said Nissan does not cover balancing and he forgot to inform me of this before the work was done, sorry! I told him one of the back tires must have been out of balance on the rear and it did not show up until it was on the front and was bad at the purchase of the car. The service manager was no help, he said if I had bought the car there it would have been covered. Paid the overpriced balancing and I was glad I did not perchance the car at this dealer. More

We came to the service department on a Saturday without an appointment needing an oil change. The car light went on and we were from out of town. Not only did John fit us in but he did it right away keepin an appointment needing an oil change. The car light went on and we were from out of town. Not only did John fit us in but he did it right away keeping our waiting time to a minimum. Our 2009 Nissan Altima Hybrid had the extended warranty and the platinum service agreement. He tried to call our dealer in Buffalo to see if it would be covered but they were closed. He didn't stop there. He then called the maintenence company and got their approval to do the needed work and have the bill sent directly to them so we didn't have to pay out of pocket while on vacation. John was pleasant, easy to work with and eager to please. We appreciated the help while on the road and away from home. W More

At Freedom Nissan, the sales staff and service staff strive to make the consumer as comfortable as possible. I was in search of a new car or lease. I was helped by Amber who was extremely personable and upbeat. Although she was new to the car sales business, she gave us her 100% undivided attention. If there was a question she couldn't answer, she went and got it. Mort, dealership owner, met me at the door, introduced himself and helped out with making sure that I got the best deal at a price that wouldn't break my budget. He was confident and personable and respectful of my situation. I felt very confident that I was at the right dealership looking at the right car for me and my children. Although Sam was new to the dealership, he was also personable and accommodating. He made the call to my insurance company to ease the transfer of auto insurance. All in all, the surprise of needing a new car and the anxiety associated with it were "put to rest" and I was made to feel like I was the only one who mattered. Would I suggest Freedom Nissan to friends and family in need of a new car? YES! Will I continue my automobile business with them? 100% YES! More
Went in to buy a new Sentra. This is the 2nd car purchased from Freedom. Alice was extremly helpful in helping us choose what we wanted and worked very quickly to find just the right car in Maine. purchased from Freedom. It did take a good week from start to finish to get it here, but it was worth the wait. Alice made sure all the pre-approval for financing was done up front, so when we picked it up at 7pm everything, including the car was ready to go. Never felt pressure to "hurry up" even though it got past their closing time. I would absolutely choose Freedom again and when the time comes, if Alice is still an option, you bet we will only deal with her. Thanks again Alice! Kathy & Dana More
My custom wheels/rims were left filthy after brake service was completed. There was a rust type residue left on them that I wasn't even sure at first would come off. I had to soak and scrub them repeatedly to get them clean. This is not something I want to have to do after paying a lot of money to have my car serviced at a dealership. Also, it doesn't give me any confidence that the dealership is taking good care of my car. Additionally, the service manager seemed to have nothing but excuses as to why his department was not run better. Overall it was an unpleasant experience. More
Mike and Mort worked into Friday evening during the tent sale in order to show me rebate and financing options. They were both polite and friendly and wanted to work out a deal with me. I asked if they could quickly give me the bottom line pricing and they were responsive to my request. They stuck to what they told me during the final purchasing paperwork and there were not any mistakes. I will make it a point to consider Freedom Nissan in future car purchases due to this experience. More
