They went above and beyond to get us approved for a loan so that my son could have a vehicle. They were very friendly, courteous, kind and helpful. We will definitely recommend them to friends and family. More

My Dealership participates in the DealerRater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. Let me give the facts of the deal please. The 2001 VW that was purchased here was bought AS-IS, by offering vehicles AS-IS we can price them more aggressively and market them to a much broader market. When we offer a vehicle AS-IS a 3 foot wide by 2 foot tall Vinyl AS-IS sticker is placed in the corner of the windshield. Not only was this sticker on the windshield but a Federal Buyer's Guide listing the vehcile's warranty as AS-IS was also adhered to the window. With regards to this particular purchase the rear shocks on the hatch were the only items agreed upon by the sales desk to replace, confirmed by a 3 part form signed by customer at time of delivery called a We-Owe. We are sorry that you might think that this car was to be repaired any further but this is why you received it at the aggressive price you did. The best part of this sale is as of 1/26/2012 the VW is still providing safe and reliable transportation for your daughter to get to College. Please if you wish stop by and I will provide you with any of these forms if you had lost them. Freedom Nissan is and will always be a full disclosure dealership.

The vehicle is NOT providing my daughter with reliable transportation while at college. Her engine light is on constantly. We have put more than $2500 into the vehicle to get it working properly. As I had stated originally, had the items been fixed as promised, we wouldn't be complaining and we'd be happy with the price we paid. We ONLY bought it because the salesman had promised that the dealership would fix the items on a list that was provided and AGREED on. How many people actually purchase a vehicle for the asking price? How many dealerships actually plan on selling the vehicle for the asking price? Had we known you were going to back out on our agreement, we would have negotiated the purchase price down and fixed the items on our own. We ONLY paid that asking price because we were under the impression that we were working with a respecful dealership who did what they promised. If we knew you weren't that type of dealership, we would have gone elsewhere or at least negotiated the price for what the vehicle was really worth. The current blue book value of the vehicle is only $2400 in the condition it was in. I warn everyone who does business with Freedom to not trust anything they say. Get it all in writing - they are theives.
