I have never had such a great exsperience buying a automobile they were kind, honest, straight forward with every detail, they were sensitive to my situation and they worked there tails off for me. I contacted the dealership via the internet at first. Salesperson, Tim Sichel was quick to respond to all emails and was helpful with finding us a car. When we arrived at the dealership everyone was friendly. My only complaint was that we gave a definate price point for a monthly payment, and made it clear that we were firm. I was a little disappointed that the first offer they gave us was over $100 above our price point. A lot of time was spent negotiating price. In the end, however, we were very pleased with the deal we recieved. Tim Sichel was very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. We were able to meet one of the oweners, Mort, he was quite helpful as well. My sister, Jennifer Ives, recommeded this dealer; I am glad she did. More

After a pretty lengthy, frustrating and unproductive experience with another dealership we were please, in contrast, with the friendly and responsive rapport that we immediately had with Tim Sichel. It's obvious that Freedom Nissan has made a real moral and financial commitment to electric vehicles. They are very knowledgeable about everything Leaf related and have installed, not one, but (4) Level 2 and financial commitment to electric vehicles. I came do the the dealership looking for something specific but not something they would normally keep in their inventory. I worked with Kyle Burkhard and the experience could not have been better. Over the past few weeks, I had been shopping around for a used car and had encountered several dealerships both in and around Connecticut with a take-it or leave-it attitude. Sales consultant Peter Keegan met me on Saturday morning after my drive from CT. and although the car I came to see was not to my satisfaction, Peter worked diligently to accommodate including having the body shop address my concerns. After discussing our options Peter located another similar but more expensive model yet was determined to stay within my budget! I can’t say enough about Mort Shapiro’s professionalism and his determined and committed staff! They pulled out all the stops to get me into this car - that afternoon I drove home with my pre-owned car! After the sale, Administrative Assistant Tammy Fredette stayed in contact with me to ensure we didn’t encounter any glitches at the Connecticut DMV – she even sent me a refund check after registration fees were settled. 5/23/2012 purchased a New to me 2010 BMW 328i XDrive extremely happy with the initial contact with Tim via emails. When I got to their location Tim had vehicle waiting at the curb looked freshly cleaned which was a nice surprise. Also, Chris the manager came over to let me know his sister had the same car and I should be happy with the new body style, in most dealerships you never meet the guys at the booth unless they have to push you into a deal. Tim was the perfect salesperson for me by chance because he is a BMW fanatic even had a little BMW on his desk. The car was as described plus a little more because of the pre cleaning and we had no surprises the deal we had struck online had not changed one penny, Financing was a little long but I would say that is normal considering the mountain of paperwork I had to sign and Trevor the paperwork guy did a nice job and explained the details without making me feel uneasy like I have during paperwork at other past dealerships. This was the most pleasurable purchase I have made and this is my 11th BMW and first from a non BMW dealer.
