Beware Leaf Buyers - No charge to charge doesn't apply in VT I bought a new 2017 leaf at the end of August and the salesperson explained that I would get two years of charging free if I used the special "no char I bought a new 2017 leaf at the end of August and the salesperson explained that I would get two years of charging free if I used the special "no charge to charge" stations. So for the past month and a half we've been diligently finding and using those specific locations. Guess what!? It's not true. I was charged by EVgo for all of the charging I did at the supposedly "free" stations. I called them to resolve and they said that there are no dealers in Vermont that participate in the program and that the dealership should not be saying that this benefit is included. I spoke with the owner today and all he had to say was "sorry" and that I could charge at the Nissan dealership for free. So much for a network of free charging all over the country. Very disappointed and the only resolution was offering a $100 credit on my account. The two years of free charging would have been worth about $1500. Not even close to an even exchange or making it right. Hopefully they don't use this tactic everyday to sell new leafs to people that are told to use the nissan app to find free charging for two years. Beware! More

Pushy sales staff, bad vehicles I recently bought a one year old used vehicle from Freedom Nissan. I saw the vehicle I wanted online but it still took 4 hours to buy the vehicle. The I recently bought a one year old used vehicle from Freedom Nissan. I saw the vehicle I wanted online but it still took 4 hours to buy the vehicle. The sales person was pushy and very reluctant to try and get a reasonable price from his manager. He kept refusing to ask unless I made a commitment. Once I finally got the car and took it home I discovered the rear seat belt didnt work. How can you sell a car with a broken belt? So I took it back. They wanted me to pay for a loaner while it was being fixed. The manager told me "they service what they sell" but they took my car to another dealer to fix it. I do not recommend this dealership. More
Very Friendly & Quick I called to cancel my Gap Insurance after selling my car 2 years ago and the owner Mort worked very hard to get me my full refund. I never had to call him to ask what was going on and how long it was going to take, I got a phone call almost every week for the last month to let me know where he was on getting me as much of a refund.
