Service dept worker said he couldnt find anything wrong with the tires. Took it somewhere else a few days later and they found a nail in the rear driver side tire. Now I would not trust them to do an oil change. More

I had my car towed to this dealer because They were close to where the accident happened. Over the next several day, southwest Ford wrote an estimate of repairs on my car, which totaled $8400.00. I made sure that they understood, that I expected my car to be repaired back to factory specs. The body shop manager assured me that he understood my request. Well after the first month, I was called by their service dept, and was told my car was ready. I drove 180 round trip to Greenville to pick up my car. When I got to the dealership. I discovered that my car was partially repaired. The right front wheel did not roll straight with the left one, I couldn't even leave their parking lot. Plus the car had a bad grinding noise coming from underneath the car. Well, I was not happy at all. I ended up leaving my car their another two months. During this time, I had many phone conversations with the body shop manager , about the reasons why it was taking so long to get the repair done. He told me that his parts dept and service dept could not communicate of when parts came in, so they could be installed in a timely manner. Well what ended up happening was, When the parts were not put on the car, Southwest Ford sent the car out as ready to the customer. And each time they called me as my car was ready, I had to take the day off from work, rent a car and drive to their location, just to find that the said repairs were still not correctly done. I finally had to get my insurance company involved in this situation. After doing this, it seemed that Southwest Ford, decided to get the repairs done, but it only appeared this way. I picked up and drove my car home, and decided to look it over carefully. What I discovered was instead of replacing the parts with new ones, Southwest Ford , decided to bondo these parts instead of replacing them. My insurance company paid Southwest Ford to do so, which they didn't. Also, My AC was not working either. I had paint over-spray on the tops of my doors, which looks bad. The headlight that they put in was all yellow on the lens, it looked terrible. To bring Everyone up to today. Because of how terrible the repair was done by Southwest Ford, My insurance company, has an auto damage apprasiser come to my home , and inspect the car. Well, whaen I received the new estimate, I examined it, and found , in order to repair the botched Job that Southwest Ford had done, it would cost an additional $4200.00. Southwest ford was already paid to do this job right, but In my oppinion, They did not care about performing this job correctly. I have tried in good faith, to communicate with Southwest Ford, to let them resolve my concerns, but they have not even tried to make things right....I have since filed a complaint with the BBB. Anyone , reading this. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! More
