Service manager Todd Delzell & Service advisor Heather Bobenhausen were fantastic. They both went out of their way to get my vehicle serviced and back to me as quickly and professionally as possible. They actually treated me like I had purchased one of Ford company's top of the line vehicles. And that's exactly what I purchased was a 2022 Ford f-150 LIMITED. Freedom Ford & Todd & Heather all deserved big xxxxxxand shoutouts for the great work and efforts they gave to ensure everything was done correctly and in a professional manner. THANK YOU TODD & HEATHER & AND FREEDOM FORD OF GREENVILLE, TX. Keep up the great work. This was the first time I was able to drive my vehicle more than 4 hrs without serious performance problems thanks to Todd & Heather. My home is in Illinois but I live in Rockwall, Tx for the winters. Our truck had a slow coolant leak. We have a family friend who is a 30 year retired Ford mechanic who saw the leak on the passenger side with his scope (just didn’t have the materials We have a family friend who is a 30 year retired Ford mechanic who saw the leak on the passenger side with his scope (just didn’t have the materials to fix it). We told Freedom where the leak was- they repaired the drivers side instead, which we didn’t realize when we picked the vehicle up. The same day, we realized the turbo was still leaking, identified they never fixed the passenger side, and now we have to pay $1700 to actually get the passenger side fixed! They will not acknowledge they fixed the wrong side. The managers J.P. and Todd claim that the truck had no leaks when we picked it up. I guess it’s quite the coincidence that it developed a new leak the exact same day!!!! Even the new dealership (a Ford dealership!) we took it to, to fix the leak can’t believe how Freedom Ford is handling this. More
Horrible service - went in for an oil change and purchase/program a new key fob and left with a loud knocking sound in my engine that was not there when I arrived. Every person I spoke with was not purchase/program a new key fob and left with a loud knocking sound in my engine that was not there when I arrived. Every person I spoke with was not knowledgeable - just a lot of "might be" answers which ranged from lifter noise to taking apart my engine to diagnose. The Service Advisor assigned to my car had no technical knowledge whatsoever. The Service Manager was at lunch and there was literally no other employee in charge to help address the issue. When the manager arrived, (I assume he was mad because his lunch was cut short) he didn't bother to introduce himself - he just barked at me for the keys. After speaking with him and not feeling comfortable with his answers, I told him I didn't trust him or employees to touch my car so I went to lower my hood and he stepped in front of me to do so and I had to reposition myself so I could do it. I asked him for his name and he told me Todd and I asked for a business card so I could elevate the matter and he said he wouldn't give me one. I do not believe that he would have treated a man this way - but his behavior was extremely chauvinistic. More
