Fast, No Pressure Sales Team After their service department damaged the heads on my Excursion beyond repair, I was forced to buy a new vehicle for my wife. We decided on a used Ra After their service department damaged the heads on my Excursion beyond repair, I was forced to buy a new vehicle for my wife. We decided on a used Ram 1500. I called in and made an appointment to see the truck. Even though we were a bit late, the truck was sitting outside ready to go. Cody was extremely pleasant. The test drive was awesome, so we bought it. 30 minutes from decision to driver seat. A few months later I was in an accident and totaled my Kia. We returned to Cody and received the same friendly, no pressure sales experience. I purchased a used Ford Escape. I was so impressed with the sales, that when my neighbor mentioned his cars present debacle, I drove him straight there to see if they could help him get out from under the older Focus he was having issues with. They put him in a brand new Fiesta. I should note, their service department isn't my favorite, but their sales teams are amazing. More
Pathetic service department What a joke for a service department. Brought my truck in for high engine oil temps, all they did was check codes and tell nothing was wrong. I confronted Jeremy, one of the service advisors, and he tells me he contacted Ford about my issue and they said the temps I was complaining about was normal. I did not believe his excuse because it did not do this until about 30k miles. Basically what they said was ford designed a diesel pickup to run hot while pulling a 7500lb travel trailer.They did nothing to correct the problem with my truck. It's pretty sad when you buy a 50 thousand dollar truck and Ford won't stand behind it. I picked up my truck that supposedly there was nothing wrong with and repaired it myself. Pretty sad when the people that designed and built the truck can't or won't fix it. I have driven Ford vehicles all my life, but this is the last one. Southwest ford service is a joke and so is Ford. Buyer beware when you buy a Ford, they don't stand behind their warranty. Ford sucks More

Dishonest and Deceitful, but Friendly I dealt with Andrew. He was very nice and polite, but not very honest. After talking the day before, my wife and I drove a 170 mile round trip to see I dealt with Andrew. He was very nice and polite, but not very honest. After talking the day before, my wife and I drove a 170 mile round trip to see this 2015 Jetta TDI SEL (VIN 3VWLA7AJ3FM335587). I was explicitly told that the vehicle was in excellent condition, and ready to be driven off the lot having been quickly serviced and detailed. When we arrived we soon found that the vehicle had been in an accident, had damage to the front bumper, and had a cracked windshield. I soon noticed that the front tires were a different brand than the rear, which led me to suspect the damage to the front of the car may have been significant. We were told that they might be able to work something out because of the damage, so we took it for a test drive. The vehicle strongly smelt of cigarette smoke, and the interior cloth near the driver window had noticeable cigarette burns. By the time we returned to the dealership, my wife and I both felt nauseated/sick from the strong odors. We were not able to reach an agreement in price because the dealership was not willing to negotiate. We left the dealership knowing that we had been lied to and deceived, but felt very fortunate knowing we avoided a disaster as well. I would not recommend this business to anyone, and would warn all potential customers to be very cautious in your dealings. More
Worst experience ever!!! I drove 40 miles from Dallas for this specific truck. They highly underrated my trade in price which would have been excusable. But they refuse to go down on the price of their vehicle. I never have dealt with such ignorance in buying a vehicle from a dealership. Mind you I used to sell and became an assistant manager for Toyota about 10 years ago just so you know I have experience. Really who pays the sticker price on a vehicle what do they think we are complete idiots. I don't blame the salesperson all of this came direct from the sales manager. Way to treat a customer who drove 40 miles. More

(He hung up on me ) ... Horrible horrible horrible !!! Do not take your car here you will get a warranty an them not honor it !!! Now I must pursue more just to get my car drivable. Save your self the headache I have gone through for almost a year now !! More
