This has to be the BEST Car buying trip i have ever had. I have bought 2 other car from other dealer and they were the wost places i had been. I had Talk to Zack the day before i came and when i got to Sout I have bought 2 other car from other dealer and they were the wost places i had been. I had Talk to Zack the day before i came and when i got to SouthWest Ford they had the Car i wanted to look at already up and the front and ready to go drive and i when in tell them this is what i want and this is what i want to pay a mouth and they did it. everyone was so nice there. He went out of his way to make this a special anniversary gift complete with lights, bow, and a sign. This makes my fourth purchase from this dealership and I have been satisfied to the MAX everytime. Its fast, easy, no haggling, straight-forward information and nothing but satisfaction. I have purchased 3 new cars from Don Rice - that tells you what I think about the sales and finance staff. I don't know about the other sales folks, but Don is the best in all areas. My sales associate (JR Stewart) has sold my family 4 vehicles in the past two years and I will always go back to him for as long as I live in Texas. The sales manager (Mike Herron) always gave me the best deal and added any options I needed. I recommend this dealership and personnel to all my friends, family and co workers. They work hard and I appreciate it AND I LOVE MY TRUCK!!!!! More

I came into Southwest-Greenville to trade in my Nissan Armada for another SUV. I had the Armada appraised for trade in at Randall Noe-Terrell, and they said they would give me $15k, after a few minutes at Southwest, I was given a trade in value of $17,500! What a difference! The man who did the appraisal gave us a fair price that we felt more than comfortable dealing with. (I'm not certain of his name, but we are extremely grateful for his fairness) Our sales man was Ryan Cooper, and he was terrific. He was friendly and professional. He was more than helpful with finding us the SUV that best fit our needs. We have less than perfect credit, but Michah in the finance dept got us approved very quickly. We had a limited amount of time to do the entire process, and the team at Southwest Ford-Greenville got it done! The next time we are in the market for another vehicle we will be returning to Southwest and will be referring family and friends. This was a NO HAGGLE, EASY process. I also purchases their Southwest Promise maintenance agreement (and happy I did both). (1) cracked rim from hitting a pothole (replaced the same day for free, and with a loaner) and a blemish in the paint on the hood that didn't show up till after the warranty had expired (fixed by the Southwest Ford body shop at a fraction of the usual cost). On both occasions the dealership was ready to explore whatever remedies where needed to make things right.. quickly and fairly. I've since sent my son and two friends to Southwest Ford, who have purchased new and used vehicles from them. Same experience... honest, direct and fair. The team at Southwest Ford is there to create relationships with their customers, not simply sell you a car. More
This is the second Ford truck I have purchased this year, They delivered as promised, on the first F250 Ford truck and on the F150 purchase, I was able to save 10,000 in interest over my old truck to the new They delivered as promised, on the first F250 Ford truck and on the F150 purchase, I was able to save 10,000 in interest over my old truck to the new Ford, Plus the payments went down by 52 dollars per month. And the F150 XLT is as spunky and the Chevy I traded in. So far it is getting better miles per gallon than the Chevy. Thanks Southwest Ford More
They did just what we asked for when we called-lined up the 3 trucks in the front next to each other so when we got there, we can quickly compare the models and packages side by side and decide. Once we decided what we wanted, Chance quickly located one at another dealership, we did all our paperwork quickly and he bent over backwards to give us every rebate and discount possible. He had the truck brought in the next day (at no charge-other dealers said they would charge $600 for that!!!), and they delivered the truck to my house in Rowlett. I know I got the best price possible because I had shopped around. I even had a quote on the same truck that was $3k higher. I dislike car shopping, and these guys took the pain out of it. I felt like a valued customer and that I didnt get taken. Real nice guys all the way around. More
