Well first they had my car all day without looking at the problem then I was shunned away with I'll text you with eta of the part and service two weeks later still nothing. Service department is the worst, Jeep recall on overheating pressure plate led to clutch failure dealer refused to file claim with manufacturer total repair cost me over $2,000, they charged a diag overheating pressure plate led to clutch failure dealer refused to file claim with manufacturer total repair cost me over $2,000, they charged a diagnostic fee of $120 to add insult to injury…. Had my car for over a month before they repaired, of course blaming Covid for parts shortage…no loaner offered…total nightmare! More
