Worst experience I’ve ever had!!!! Initially the sales staff was rather accommodating, sending me pictures and videos of the pre-owned vehicle I was purchasing. I made it very clear that the trip would be well out of my way so I wanted to hear it run, see if any smoke or noises were present and wanted to know the service history or if any “lights” were illuminated on the main dash. “No sir, everything checks out great and it was just serviced” is what I was told. So on the way back from our vacation we took a 2 hours detour to pick up the vehicle. As I was getting ready to sign the paper work and hand over the cashiers check, the car I was purchasing pulled up front, looked great. I hesitated and decided to inspect the vehicle for myself. When I sat down in the car, looking me right in the face, was the bright red “CHECK ENGINE” light. I asked the sales rep, “what’s up with this” , pointing to the light. He stated it Only needed to be reset after their service but it could only be done by a MINI dealer. Long story short, The next day after driving the car home, I noticed a large oil puddle under the car. After taking it to a local shop they uncovered significant mechanical issues that were present well before I drove the vehicle. I called the dealership and spoke to their sales manager....... Dudley. No, I’m not making this up. Dudley was about as pleasant and customer oriented as a rash. He show ZERO concern for my situation, took ZERO accountability for the vehicle and more or less stated I was S.O.L. They weren’t going to do anything. Needless to say after $3000 in repairs it still isn’t drivable and mini says it needs a new motor. Worst buying experience I’ve EVER had!!!!!!!!! Thanks Glenn, for showing me how pathetic a big name dealer can be. I’ll be sure to write a horrible review on any consumer site that will publish it. More

I tried dealing with multiple members of Glen I would like to inform you of the very negative experience I have recently had with Glenn Freedom Jeep. I tried dealing with multiple members of Glenn Freedom Jeep to resolve my situation including: Used Car Manager, Service Manager and also the Sales Manager. The response from each of these individuals was nonexistent. I’ve don’t some research and it seems that Glenn Freedom Jeep has a very bad reputation as far as management, follow-up, control and accountability. Your only concern is pushing cars out the gate, Customer Service is a very low priority. It has been over a month that I have tried to resolve my issue over the phone, I have yet to receive a response. The Phone number listed on the business card for the Sales Manager is disconnected, so no answer there. I have left numerous messages with the receptionist to have my call returned, I have yet to receive a response. Buying a car from Glenn Freedom Jeep in the future is a definite NO. After I drove it home I notice it had a roar in front dougly sale manger did get me to rotors for front after that I went to put gas It and it will not start unless you turn key off back then it never fails to start after that I’ve called for over a week and I’ll I hear from everyone is you are Reliable for cost to get it fixed I personally told sale manager dougly I want this Vehicle check out I didn’t want same thing to happen as it did to the ram avoid this place at all cause they’ll take your money that’s for sure but they don’t ever check anything like they should before placing it on the lot for sale after spending this kind of money you would think they’d make it right I have spent my last dollar at this lot me and my husband (Joshua Smith) will never send anyone else to this lot I really hope the owners of this lot finds out how there Customers are really getting treated More

Service Dept This dealership should be one of the best in town. However no matter when i call for a service appointment, they are always “totally booked”. It doesn’t matter when i have tried to get in or what i need to have done, this dealership is never able to accommodate without a lengthy amount of time before they are able to get me scheduled. I bought my car brand new from them and am a member of their preferred group that allows for free oil changes for life, yet i rarely am able to take advantage of this “perk” due to their lack of scheduling.
