Will never do business with these folks again! the manager is untrustworthy and a cheat! We bought a 2019 car. This car was used. when we were doing the final paper work, they then mention that there manager is untrustworthy and a cheat! We bought a 2019 car. This car was used. when we were doing the final paper work, they then mention that there is only on key fob for vehicle. after 1 1/2 of discussion, the manager finally agrees with supplying another key. I am sorry but I expect to have two keys for a 2019 vehicle. I think all would expect that. So a month or so goes by and no key. so I politely call and ask when the key should be arriving and they did send fob a couple days later. all is good at this point. When I receive it, well it needs to be programmed so I called them to ask the process and am told we need to cover that expense. they promised to provide a key fob not a "programmed and working" key fob!!! unfortunate situation and like I said will never do business there again... I recently purchased a 2017 Certified Pre-Owned Ram 1500 from Glenn's Freedom. It came with recapped, mis-matched tires that they refused to do anything about. 2000 miles after the purchase I had to replace from Glenn's Freedom. It came with recapped, mis-matched tires that they refused to do anything about. 2000 miles after the purchase I had to replace all 4 of the rotors that were completely rusted and warped and all of the brake pads, because they were completely rusted and down to bare metal. The truck had obviously not even been looked at by anyone in their service department, much less had the 125 point inspection that is supposed to happen with certified pre-owned vehicles. These people are criminals and liars, Do not buy a used car or truck from them. More

Horrible..Unprepared..Clueless staff Had a set time to show up a day advance to pickup a vehicle which was bought online. I get there when I said I would, 5 hours after the rep conversation from the morning and they are clueless. Vehicle had trash in it, check engine light was on, wasn't detailed or filled with gas like they said it would be. Sat in the dealership for 3 hours for them to get it ready and when I left it still wasn't detailed even tho it was in the detail area for over an hour. Still had trash in the seats and finger prints everywhere. While I was there I tried asking questions to some of the staff about the vehicle and the answer I got for most questions is "I'm not sure I'd have to check" then I wouldn't hear back from them. I can not wait for them to send me an email survey, absolute worst car buying experience to date. Drove 4 hours to sit in a dealership waiting for 3 to then drive back another 4. More

Casey, the Manager in service was horrible. We purchased a certified pre owned suv from them with 40k miles on it, less then 2,000 miles after purchase and the first time I drove it on a highway the engine a certified pre owned suv from them with 40k miles on it, less then 2,000 miles after purchase and the first time I drove it on a highway the engine was Misfiring. We brought the SUV to a local certified Jeep dealer and was told the 30k mandatory service was never performed and the SUV needed new spark plugs and fuel system cleaner. I was told this should of been done at 30k miles but was neglected to. The bill I have been submitted is $482 to get this resolved and according to the other dealer, all the above is completed when they sell any pre existing car. I hope this review helps you make your decision easier when deciding on where to purchase your next vehicle at. Casey at Glenn freedom unfortunately seems like a savvy Vet when it comes to providing poor customer service. More
