As much as I wanted to give them a great review, they just kept dropping the ball.. they were quick to contact me when I showed interest in a vehicle and made the test drive easy and friendly. Would buy a car from him anytime. It was the dealership that had continued disappointing me. I saw the vehicle advertised on-line at a price $28,110. Screenshotted this and made an appointment to come drive. When sitting down to make a deal I’m given a paper that states the price is over $33,000 and that it was an AI mistake and they cannot honor the price I saw advertised. Therefore, I leave. Within 10 minutes of leaving dealer calls me attempting to “deal.” After well over 6 phone calls that day and several text exchanges on into the next day, they decide to honor the price they listed. FRUSTRATING to spend so much time hassling back and forth. But I let it go because the ease of coming in and signing the paperwork and getting back out the door was effortless. Excited to have my new vehicle, I quickly notice driving on the highway there is vibration and shaking in my steering. I stop by a family-friend’s mechanic shop and he points out that I have 3 different brand tires. (I was told when buying this vehicle & it was advertised to have all new tires). I reach out about the dealer correcting this issue, I never get an answer. Driving as much as I do, something had to be done. So I go and buy 4 all brand new tires for this vehicle. One of the “new” tires they take off was stamped with a manufacturer date of 2010!! This vehicle is a 2020! FRUSTRATING, again! And if that is not enough….. my temporary plate placed in the vehicle by the dealer in February is approaching expiration and I have received zero information in the mail as far as title or registration like I was told I would be. Now I have sat on hold with the dealership for over 30 minutes for 3 days straight and also left voicemails receiving no answers nor call backs. Incredibly frustrated and highly disappointed with this experience. More

My husband’s son left his car here to be worked on in October 2023. While the car was there the window had been broken out and the car was also stolen from this dealership. We found out from KY State Pol October 2023. While the car was there the window had been broken out and the car was also stolen from this dealership. We found out from KY State Police the dealership released the $80,000 car to someone who was not an owner of the car. They did not ask for ID or any information from this person so we had the dealership report car as stolen. The car was recovered but the depreciation value went down to $40,000 since the car shows up as RECOVERED in the car fax. We have begged the dealership and it’s owners Lithia Motors and their legal department Katelyn Gwin as it was the delearships fault the car was stolen. My husband’s son left the car here because he was told part would not be in until January 2024. On his way back to SC with his Father, Bryan died instantly in a car wreck. My husband and I have been reaching out to Brandon Buehler Operations Manager for help as we still owe for the car. To date we have not had anyone contact us to help us. We need help solving this situation!!! More
Their service department was terrible! For 4 months they told me several times that my truck would be done “at the end of this week, or first of next week” and it never happened. They finally were gonna give me a rental car, a truck was promised by Eric Marshall, so my wife goes to pick it up as he said it would be ready. They ended up dropping her off at enterprise rentals and they didn’t have any cars to rent out to her, so they left her hanging with no ride at enterprise! Crappy communication and crappy service. When they finally called me to come get my truck, I went over everything and they didn’t put my engine cover back on. Yeah it snapped back on in no time, it’s a minor detail but it’s the details that count and I shouldn’t have to fix it especially since they were paid $23,000 for an engine and turbo replacement and still couldn’t get that right! I left there less than a week ago, my check engine light is already on again. They are the absolute worst, save yourself the time and money! More

I am 51 years old and have never had a bad experience buying a vehicle until dealing with Glenn's Freedom Dodge. We bought a truck on October 14th. The engine light came on within miles of the dealership. We have been asking since day 2 of ownership to return it after finding out it has serious transmission issues. They have ignored our calls, haven't called back when we've left messages and one of the sales managers that did answer hung up on us when we told him we wanted to return the truck. We are now in the third week of owning this lemon and it has been at our local dealer (in TN) 2 times for a total of two weeks out of three we've owned it. Our local dealer told us yesterday the transmission is shot Today I got a rude message from the general manager saying they will not be rescinding the deal nor refunding any monies even after finding out the transmission is shot. Our salesman lied to us when he told us the truck was in immaculate condition. The finance manager lied to us when I asked him if we were paying for the GAP insurance that he was talking about. Not only did they tack the insurance onto our loan but a total of $6,490 of useless charges were put in there. They charged us $200 for a year of oil changes and we are 3 hours away. These people are anything but honest taking advantage of hard working people. This is the nicest most expensive thing we have ever bought and we can't even drive it. He traded in his only vehicle for this one so now he doesn't have anything to drive. He asked the salesman when we put it in the shop the first time if they could get him a rental and he said no. I wished I had looked up all the bad reviews on this place before purchasing from them. More
Had my Dodge Challenger for 7 weeks trying to fix a noise in the front end. Not good communication and should have been able to build a new car in 7 weeks. Bought a lifted truck in December from this lot, I also bought the power train extended warranty. Now, nine months later, my transmission has went out and warranty says they will not cover the cost bc my t bought the power train extended warranty. Will not get back with me on how to resolve this issue so looking into legal means to get this issue taken care of More
