Between my late husband and myself, we bought 6 brand new vehicles at Hoyt between 2009 and 2017. I bought 2 Chrysler Town and Country vans, a Chrysler 200, a 2017 Jeep. And my late husband bought 2 Ram pick vehicles at Hoyt between 2009 and 2017. I bought 2 Chrysler Town and Country vans, a Chrysler 200, a 2017 Jeep. And my late husband bought 2 Ram pickups. You'd think I could get a much better deal than what I do. But no, not even free oil changes for life of the car. The only issue I had was when I had to go to the customer service desk and the representative was sitting at her desk and did not acknowledge that I was at the window worsting for her. She continued to work service desk and the representative was sitting at her desk and did not acknowledge that I was at the window worsting for her. She continued to work in her computer as I waited to pay for my oil change. After a little over 5 mins of waiting she finally came to the window and I was able to pay. She didn’t not apologize for the uncomfortable waiting time. It was very frustrating. More
