This was my first time to use Freedom. From the first conversation with Micah in service, I felt like I was part of the family. Micah kept me informed every step of the way during the repairs and called me when the work was completed. Everything was done on time, correctly and within the budget we discussed. Customer service was great. I had a $5,400.00 problem under the hood of my car. The guys at the service desk gave me an estimated time and price. It was done on time and cheaper. They helped in using my warranty so when it was all finished i payed $900.00 out of pocket. It seams like allot but we was expecting to pay close to $1,200 because my warranty maxed out close to $4,000. Plus my wife only called every day with questions and Micah had no problem answering any of them and reassuring us that everything was handled. Thanks guys. More
