Not a great experience to say the least. Car spent 5 months in the shop and it still isn't right and the car hasn't been right since they layed hands on it. It went in for a manufacturer repair and the months in the shop and it still isn't right and the car hasn't been right since they layed hands on it. It went in for a manufacturer repair and the car came back in worse condition multiple times. It's like they don't care for others property. Or they do to keep making service sales or lack of care to do the work properly the fist time. More

This was the worst experience I have ever had at this service center. My vehicle was there two days before being worked on. It stayed in the shop 2 weeks being worked on then I was told they needed appro service center. My vehicle was there two days before being worked on. It stayed in the shop 2 weeks being worked on then I was told they needed approval to do warranty work. Since I needed my vehicle I asked if I could pick it up & get a call to come back for warranty work. I still haven’t received a call!! I called service manager & left voicemail but never received a call. Service rep was polite but he never called me I had to call him. I was never offered a loaner despite the fact my vehicle stayed there for 3 weeks!! I guess since my vehicle is old the sticker on my windshield that says preferred customer doesn’t matter anymore. The service department was awesome.great response time and took very good care of us. Now on the other hand the mechanic who worked on our car needs to be fired. We brought our Canyon in for service, a wash and to have a few things looked at as we purchased the truck used. First the truck never got washed even when we picked it up I asked did it get washed they said a few things looked at as we purchased the truck used. First the truck never got washed even when we picked it up I asked did it get washed they said yes and it was easily noticed that it was not washed. One of the items was our microphone has a horrible scratching sound that can be heard on the other end of the call. It is constant regardless of phone or situation. The tech note was “could not reproduce” which is dealerships language for I didn’t want to take the time to investigate but for about $150 they could investigate but if they couldn’t find a problem what were they investigating? Then our fog lights didn’t work so the first answer was it was due to the installation of airbags on the back of the truck for towing. Hmm I said that doesn’t make sense so they double checked with the tech who said it never had fog lights to begin with! I just wanted some simple answers on how to remedy these issues and all I got was a bill for my oil change and a dirty truck. More
