I was running late but he stayed until I got there. He had everything ready to go and the paper work was also ready. Brought my 2018 Jeep Compass sport in for 2nd time within 2 First time brought car to service dept. Because at last oil change the filter was properly screwed in,so car registered no oil on dip stick, started s First time brought car to service dept. Because at last oil change the filter was properly screwed in,so car registered no oil on dip stick, started smoking & would not start. Brought in to hoyte,Alex ? Young man,was very nice & willing to help also Roy.they got my car back & redid oil & filter. The next week check engine light came on would not start, after few minutes started.The next morning I brought it to house service dept. Talked with Samantha she stated that the earliest that my car could be checkedwould be next morning, states has nothing to do with previous problems. I asked for loaner car she stated that she had none & did not know when would have one. Said I could go to enterprise &Rent car for about $35 a day. I told her I did not have money for rental car & that the problem with my car was not my fault,I had no problem with my car until oil change wasn't performed correctly by them. I was told that employee that messed up on oil filter was fired that he had done bad work on several cars, Samantha states I know nothing about that but if what is wrong with my car isn't covered under warranty then I would have to pay $ 134 for putting it on machine. I again asked for loaner car was told did not have any, that someone from house would drive me home I was very upset by then & told her it would not work well because I have Drs. Appts next day she said she could not do anything about that. I went out to wait in my car, waited for approximately 20 to 30 mins. Alex came out & asked if I had been offered ride home I said yes but that would not help me the next day, I told him about Samantha & I not getting anything resolved, he states he will go talk with manager to see what could be done if anything. Samantha came out to my car approximately 15 to 20 min. Later saying they have proposal for me if I'm willing to accept it.she said they had loaner car that was promised to someone else, that her manager would call them to see if they would pick it up at a later time if I agreed, she said to make this clear you will be responsible for payment of $134 if problem not covered under warranty,I stated it better be covered I have only made 5 payments on car & had no problems with the car until botched oil change, she states the loaner car will have 3/4 tank of gas in car it needs to have that much in it when brought back to her, no smoking no animals,there isn't any damage & there should be none when bring it back, & when I call you you need to bring back asap, she treated me with a total lack of respect & that I was someone she could just talk down to.I told her I would go somewhere else next time that they had no loyalty to their customers after they bought the car. It has now been 1 1/2 weeks I have called several times I have only got one return phone call back from her & that was 01/04/2018 she stated had to order powertrain module tried to ask what happened, she states she will give me a call when has tracking info. I asked her again for different loaner car because was a 1500 dodge ram king cab, I am 5' 1" with back surgery 2 months ago, & also it uses lot of gas I'M a widow & can't afford as much gas as it takes,she states has no loaner cars except another pick up like I all ready have I am an educated 57 yr.old woman do not appreciate being treated with total lack of respect & dignity, I feel like I had the right to know what was & is going on with my car when it might be ready, & her attempting to treat me like I know nothing, she made me feel that I or my car was of no importance to her & that when they decided to get to it they would everyone else in the service dept.has been very nice & at least acted like they wanted to help. She says part won't be in till at least 9th of jan. More

Best Texoma Dealership. I've been to every dealership in the Sherman-Denison area. I always buy from Hoyte though. They treat you fair and give you fair prices. good experience I've taken my Chrysler 200 in for service twice now and both times have had really good service. The young man that helped me today was named Alex. He was courteous, helpful, bent over backwards so I wouldn't have to spend money unnecessarily. I had a great experience the last time too. It was a different young man. I don't remember his name but he had reddish brown hair if that helps. Both times the car was serviced quickly, they called me immediately to tell me it was ready to be picked up. Compared to my previous experience at another dealership in McKinney, these guys are really on top of things. More

Service I am highly disappointed in the service department and their actions today. I took my car in to have it checked because I had the check engine light I am highly disappointed in the service department and their actions today. I took my car in to have it checked because I had the check engine light and abs light come one. I was NEVER told that there would be any charge. I even called and left a message with Sam, the person handling my vehicle, to ask about charges and never received a phone call back. When I called back 2 hours later I was told they were still diagnosing it and she would call me back in an hour. Again, I had to call her and was told by someone else the car was ready and what I owed. I should have been told up front about charges so that I had the option of leaving my car there or not. But I wasn't. I was kept out of the loop. And to make matters worse the manager of the dealership said Sam told him a different story. Essentially calling me, the customer, a liar! They made NO attempt to rectify the situation. Although, I was pleased with my vehicle and buying experience at the time this has left me with a sour taste in my mouth and I won't be back. Nor will I recommend your dealership to other. More

Robert, the service writer was very helpful and courteous. He made sure my truck was taken care and kept me aware of the things they discovered while doing the work.
