We will not be back to have my new vehicle serviced by your department again. The staff was rude, refused to wash it although it was never properly cleaned when we bought it, and the service department re your department again. The staff was rude, refused to wash it although it was never properly cleaned when we bought it, and the service department refused to do a tire rotation. We were also given a free oil change by the salesman, and the service department scoffed and rolled their eyes at another “free oil change.” It was trashy and we will drive out of the way to a different dealership next time.
