Great Service and Communication New 2019 RAM 2500 recall notices. Service adviser called to inform me parts were in for two recall notices, Was able to take me in right away and with New 2019 RAM 2500 recall notices. Service adviser called to inform me parts were in for two recall notices, Was able to take me in right away and within three hours called to tell me vehicle was ready. Pleased with the communication and expeditious service. Although I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealer, will be bringing it there for service. Also, their "Red River" custom shop installed a B&W Hide a Way goose neck hitch weeks earlier and they did a great job for a reasonable price. More

I took my truck in several times to fix. I had to call 3rd day to see if truck was fixed. No communication. I had to use 3 - 1/2 days of vacation and make up hours this week. Mika was nice.
