The only issue I had was when I had to go to the customer service desk and the representative was sitting at her desk and did not acknowledge that I was at the window worsting for her. She continued to work service desk and the representative was sitting at her desk and did not acknowledge that I was at the window worsting for her. She continued to work in her computer as I waited to pay for my oil change. After a little over 5 mins of waiting she finally came to the window and I was able to pay.
