I got a car from the Sherman Texas location after being told it was the only car I was approved to receive. I took it home and took off the "Freedom Dodge" plate on the front of the vehicle and noticed the told it was the only car I was approved to receive. I took it home and took off the "Freedom Dodge" plate on the front of the vehicle and noticed the front bumper cover moved more than normal. When I looked underneath all the bumper cover latches were broken. I notified the salesman (Randy O'Brien) who said its was a used car and it wasn't his decision to fix it but his boss's (in other words, I stuck with the broken cover). I spoke with his Boss and he's supposedly going to look into it and see what they're willing to pay for, or not pay for. Even thou, it's been four hours since I spoke to him and I took the car to someone to qoute the repair which took five minutes, I haven't heard anything back from them. I dont know if I'm stuck with a broken vehicle, or not. This is a very frustrating situation especially considering I'm paying more than the vehicle was priced brand new in 2017 and its 2020 and the interest attached to the vehicle. Also. one of the Financial Department employees told me that I didn't look like a "Gonzalez". I dont know what that suppose to mean but it has a racial stereotype characteristic. Definitely nothing that represents today's United States of America. In conclusion, I dont recommend this place for a vehicle. More

After the 3 times, I just gave up. Truck was delivered dirty, both inside and out. Half a tank of gas. Windshield wiper reserve was still broken. This is not the set I e you would get at Hoyte.
