Took my 2016 Ram in for a check engine light. The checked it and it was a low pressure fuel sensor. They replaced it and then found exhaust manifold bolts were broke on both sides and manifolds were checked it and it was a low pressure fuel sensor. They replaced it and then found exhaust manifold bolts were broke on both sides and manifolds were warped. They had to order the parts and said it would be ready the next day. After I picked it up Friday and got back home. I walked beside the drivers front wheel and noticed the wheel liner was shifted out of the position it had been in noted by the exposure of the section that previously had been behind the bumper. I checked the passengers side and the screws with the large washers had not been installed at all. I returned to the dealership service department Saturday morning and showed them the problem and also noted the greasy hand prints on the fender flairs. When I picked it up again I noticed the screws weren't the correct ones. There was no washer on any of then. I was told they couldn't find the ones that were taken out originally but these should be ok. I explained that there is a reason for the washers so the screws don't pull thru the plastic. One of the screws has already been overtighten a half way thru the plastic. I told the Service writer I want the correct screws with washers. She said they would order them and call when they were in. As I walked back to my truck I noticed the top side of the front bumper in the center had something smeared all over it. At this point I just took it to the car wash to clean up their mess. For now I would find it hard to recommend this service department. I just purchased my wife a new Pacifica last winter. I am currently trying to purchase a new Ram to replace this one but may have to reconsider this purchase. More
