While having my 2018 ram checked. I was approached buy a salesman who asked if I might be interested in trading. After finally making a deal I signed all the contract paper work, the finance person had a mi salesman who asked if I might be interested in trading. After finally making a deal I signed all the contract paper work, the finance person had a milage statement on my truck that stated the milage was around 25000 which was wrong. I than brought it to her attention, the actual miles was around 83000. I informed her it was wrong. She than went out for a while came back with a whole different deal I said no it wasn't my mistake. I was than thanked for stopping by and dismissed. A embarrassing experience after having bought 2 previous autos from Hoyt the previous dealer. I will not be back. More
