Our 2021 truck was brought in for the back wheel locking up while moving. The service department sent a video of their "inspection". The camera was unclear, loud noises from the garage throughout and we co up while moving. The service department sent a video of their "inspection". The camera was unclear, loud noises from the garage throughout and we couldn't understand what he man was saying. What we could hear was his counterpart said "I don't know why I xxxxing listen to you xxxxx." We were told that they would take the differential apart and let us know what they found. They did not do that. We reminded them that the differential would still be under the 5 year 60,000 mile powertrain warranty. We also informed them of a service bulletin (21-NA-275) that was released concerning this issue we were presenting, to which they quickly said oh its not that but did not inspect for it. We called repeatedly throughout the day and no one called back. Then in the late afternoon one of the ladies who answered dismissed us as if we were bothering her. She said she would talk to service to find out what happened and then call us back. That did not happen. We called again, 15 min hold. Called again the lady that answered said she would walk back and tell them to answer, that did not happen. They ended up taking the differential apart and cleaning it, but apparently no inspection or at least didn't tell us what they found. When I called another garage to tell them the symptom of the vehicle they said, "that's not good". Clearly recognizing there is an issue with the truck. At this point we have the truck back after no diagnosis. I am hoping that there is not an accident while it's being driven. At this point if something happens while we are on the road I am holding Freedom Chevrolet responsible for their irresponsible and inadequate service department that displayed unprofessionalism and horrendous communications skills (along with all other employees involved with this case).
