Brought my 2013 Suburban (55K miles) in for their $99 brake special. Ended up costing almost $1000. Took a full day to complete. Overall quality of service was good, but pickup of the vehicle took 20 m brake special. Ended up costing almost $1000. Took a full day to complete. Sales person was great. Brian in finance was great until we had a problem. Brian corrected address for our title to be mailed to. When we did not receive it I spoke to Pa Brian in finance was great until we had a problem. Brian corrected address for our title to be mailed to. When we did not receive it I spoke to Pam in the title department. The rudest most disrespectful person I have felt with in many years. Brian said he would speak to Pam. It was her mistake. Two month later no return phone calls. Finally got to speak with Brian. They did nothing. Said they can’t fix their mistake or I should say Pam’s. Marci the salesman was awesome.
