Came here in December for an oil change only . Came in at 9 am . I waited there till around 1 , then a young lady proceeded to tell me that all the workers were having a lunch in and should come b Came in at 9 am . I told the lady to give me my keys atleast so I could open my house. She was lost and couldn’t find. On a rush because the other workers were waiting for her to eat. In distress she said she couldn’t help me any more . I had to wait outside my house…. When I called around 5:30 they said it wasn’t ready yet and would have to pick it up the next day. I had work the next day and had to sleep at a friends house . I was also late to work since I had to pick up the car. Horrible experience . Today , July 15 I had to come in again. When I walked in , no one said welcome or how can I help you . I had to go up to a man who could care less what I was there for . I had an appoint me at 12, got there at 11. Got out at 3pm , horrible wait times . More

Nice staff but it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. You need to figure a way for a quick service for clients that don’t have that kind time for a 20 minute job.
