Arriving to the dealership, pulling into the service bay there were no instructions that customers had to go inside and make contact with a representative . I waited a while before asking someone who worked there were no instructions that customers had to go inside and make contact with a representative . I waited a while before asking someone who worked at the dealership if I had to go inside which at that point, he instructed me too. I go inside and I see several employees standing around having a good old conversation and not attending to customers needs. I stood there and waited for a few minutes, still receiving no assistance until the manager at the end who I believe his name was Angel asked how I was doing. He never instructed me to go walk over to his desk. I continue to stand there where Angel the manager then gave me attitude indicating that he was calling me over there to his desk. So I gave him attitude back. As I Approached his desk he stated are you having a Good morning? I replied yes until I got here and saw a bunch of lazy employees standing around doing nothing. That’s when his attitude change and he began to assist me. This was the first dealership that I have gone to where we the customers have to make initiative to the staff that we need assistance. I think this dealership has it backwards. I think the employees are rude and there needs to be change at that dealership. I know writing this wont change a thing because if this has been going on for sometime the higher-ups who oversee these staff members will continue to not Monitor them, and this is a type of business that will continue to be provided to the public, which is a shame. More

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Freedom Chevrolet for service on my 2023 Chevy Silverado, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. After having a wonderful experience with Brisa when I brought for service on my 2023 Chevy Silverado, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. After having a wonderful experience with Brisa when I brought my 2018 Chevy Traverse in for service, I was eager to see if it was a one-off or if the excellent service was consistent. I was delighted to find that it was the latter. While I would have liked to have Brisa assist me again, I completely understand that she was busy and was more than happy to have Gabrielle take over. Gabrielle was attentive, professional, and addressed all of my concerns with ease. I had some worries about my wheels being damaged, as I had experienced this at another Chevy Dealership, but Gabrielle assured me that this wouldn’t happen at Freedom. My truck was ready in minimal time, which was perfect for me. The only minor issue I had was there was no oil change reminder sticker placed on my windshield, but this was not a deal breaker for me. Overall, I am more than satisfied with the service I received and am giving Freedom a 5 star rating. I must say Freedom Chevrolet’s service has come a long way from the subpar service I had received a few years ago. I will definitely be returning as a customer because of the outstanding service I have received from both Brisa and Gabrielle. Thank you for the excellent service ladies and service team. More

I was in town visiting when my High Country Duramax Diesel was due for an oil change. I took my truck to Freedom for the oil change. When I returned home (about 330 miles), I discovered my truck has an Diesel was due for an oil change. I took my truck to Freedom for the oil change. When I returned home (about 330 miles), I discovered my truck has an oil leak. In checking my oil, the oil on the stick looked black. I don't know if driving 330 miles would turn the oil that black. I'm questioning if they just changed the filter. Regardless, I'm now going to have the leak issue resolved, and probably just have another oil change, which isn't cheap for a diesel. More
