POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! MY CAR WAS TOWED FROM MY APT TO FREEDOM BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT START. I DIDN'T "QUALIFIED FOR A LOANER CAR" SO I DIDN'T HAVE A CAR FOR A WHOLE WEEK. NO MY CAR WAS TOWED FROM MY APT TO FREEDOM BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT START. I DIDN'T "QUALIFIED FOR A LOANER CAR" SO I DIDN'T HAVE A CAR FOR A WHOLE WEEK. NO ONE EVER RETURN MY CALL. EVERY TIME I CALLED I WAS TRANSFERED TO A FREAKING VOICE MAIL. THE GENERAL MANAGER DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME BACK. WHEN I SPOKE WITH HIM HE HUNG UP ON ME. HE TOLD THE SERVICE MANAGER TO ASK ME WHERE I WANTED MY CAR TO BE TOWED TO, INSTEAD TRYING TO HELP ME OUT. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY DON'T RETURN YOUR CALL, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I WOULD NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GO BACK TO THESE JERKS!!! THEY ARE FULL OF BS. They are the worse people for answering the phone and returning calls. They will call you and then when you do what they ask of try and call them back they never answer the phone you just get the run ar returning calls. They are the worse of the worse the people who work in the offices have no customers service skills at all. They need to be shut down.
