There are two professionals I would love to extend my sincere thanks and job well done that had absolutely NOTHING to do with how I was treated in the service department and that is Mr. Kross and Mr. Frye...they know what they did to make my stay manageable while I waited. As far as talking, I have talked to Wataski Franklin and Kyle Bettilyon which was NO HELP after asking for the Corporate phone number, I was given Kyle's number from Wataski Franklin and after telling him what number he gave me, he said that is what he was instructed to do. So since he's acting like a puppet and the Corporate guy LAUGHED in my face while on the phone, I will obtain the number in a different manner. That way I can report how they Wataski and Kyle KNEW my signature had been forged by Gabe in the Finance Department as well as my wait time and negligence by your so-called trained ASE technicians. And stop playing games with my email saying I never came in for my service, you are trying not to send me the survey, but this time Wataski and Ms. Bea WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY ME 100.00 while she takes my phone and fill out the survey FOR ME ENTERING ALL 10's for my survey response this time....IF THEY SEND IT TO ME!!! You gentlemen would have been better off giving me the number to Corporate after I am done with this establishment!!!!! Felicha M. Adams
