Sent me the directions on how to get there and everything, saying they would love to sell me the vehicle. The salesperson (who apparently doesn't send his own emails) had no idea what I was doing there and after a 7 minute search for the vehicle my wife and I were going to buy, he comes back and tells me that an employee just purchased it so we couldn't buy it... Why send me an email and tell me 10 minutes later that it's sold, obviously they work fast selling cars to employees and who cares about the customers they invite in... I think they need to rethink the VIP Appointment, I would have thought they would have been trying to take care of me so I would spend $40,000 on an automobile from them... Instead, I "get" to have my time wasted and I "get" to have a heated discussion with a salesperson who is trying to defend something that is completely out of his control from a customer that is trying to understand what "VIP" means in this case... Sorry Freedom, I'm writing about this horrible experience everywhere, it's too bad, I WAS buying that Yukon. More
